Our mission
Our mission at Ezra is to detect cancer early for everyone in the world. We have developed a new way to screen for cancer everywhere in the body using a full body MRI powered by Artificial Intelligence.
We believe in empowering people to make their own health decisions, so we are offering Ezra as a direct-to-consumer membership. Our members sign up for Ezra, visit a partner imaging center to get a full body MRI scan, and receive a cancer screening report within 5-7 business days. Our scans and reports are all supported by AI.
Your mission
You will create compelling digital advertising assets, and beautiful intuitive user interfaces for Ezra customers, as well as oversee all marketing collateral and campaign initiatives. You will have the opportunity to turn insights and data into user interfaces that help people detect cancer early, and work closely alongside our product, engineering, and marketing teams.
As the Lead Designer at Ezra, you will:
- Lead the creative process for paid advertising - either developing ads & landing pages yourself, managing creatives / designers, or by working with third party agencies
- Work closely with our product, marketing & engineering teams to create delightful user interfaces, web pages for our customers, staff, and partners
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features; identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
- Work closely with our Imaging Partners and their marketing teams to help craft marketing and advertising campaign collateral
- Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- This is a hands-on job, so it's for someone who loves the creative craft. We have an existing Junior Designer (London based) who you will manage but this remains a hands-on job and much of the work will still be produced by you.
