Please take parking ticket and ticket inside the facility to validate (free parking). Follow signs to go to third lower level for Beverly Towers parking and take elevator up to first floor - Have front desk staff at imaging facility validate ticket.

Please tell reception that you are here for an Ezra scan and have your government ID ready.

2. Get ready for your scan

Change into your complimentary Ezra PJs and follow technician instructions. You may be asked to remove any metal items for scan safety.

3. After your scan

Your results will arrive in 5-7 business days and will be available in your MyEzra account. Meet with an Ezra medical provider to review your results.
