Our mission at Ezra is to detect cancer early for everyone in the world. We have developed a new way to screen for cancer everywhere in the body using a full body MRI powered by Artificial Intelligence.
We believe in empowering people to make their own health decisions, so we are offering Ezra as a direct-to-consumer membership. Our members sign up for Ezra, visit a partner imaging center to get a full body MRI scan, and receive a cancer screening report within 5-7 business days. Our scans and reports are all supported by AI.
Your mission
We’re looking for a motivated and highly analytical Influencer Marketing Executive to join our Growth team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong ability to identify, recruit, and manage relationships with health influencers who can help amplify our brand message. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for digital marketing and health who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
As the Influencer Marketing Executive at Ezra, you will lead and deliver:
- Influencer Identification & Outreach: Research and identify potential influencers in the medical, wellness, and lifestyle spaces who align with our brand values and target audience.
- Relationship Management: Engage with influencers to build strong, ongoing relationships. Ensure all communications are professional, timely, and align with Ezra’s brand voice.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Assist in negotiating terms of collaboration, including deliverables, timelines, and compensation. Manage contracts and agreements with influencers.
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate logistics for influencer campaigns, including free scan scheduling, and content creation and posting schedules.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor influencer content to ensure it meets our guidelines and expectations. Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
- Content Management: Oversee the creation, approval, and dissemination of influencer content across social media platforms. Ensure content is on-time, on-brand and compliant with regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. Experience with health or wellness brands is a plus.
- Social Media Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms and brand collaboration best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Organized and Methodical: Experience and interest in being diligent and organized in how a process is managed and data recorded.
- Technical Skills: Experience with talent discovery platforms, content management systems, and data visualization tools. Proficiency in Excel and/or other data analysis software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly and present data-driven insights clearly and persuasively.
- Initiative: Self-starter with a proactive approach to sourcing and analyzing data, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
