Ezra Member Update (COVID-19)

Dear ezra member,

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in New York and California is now at the level of community spread for both states. Your health is always our number one priority at ezra, and based upon public health guidance, we have now suspended in-person scans for our ezra members for the next 4 weeks. Ezra will continue to monitor the situation, and will decide if it is safe for our members to resume our proactive ezra scan on the week of April 19, 2020.

Our ezra medical providers remain available for you to discuss your health and help schedule your scans for a future date anytime from 4 weeks from now.

We continue to encourage you to protect yourself and your loved ones, by cleaning and washing your hands well and continuing social distancing.

Any members who were scheduled for an ezra scan in the next 4 weeks, your ezra guide will reach out to you to help find a future date that is convenient for you. If you are having any symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, contact your Healthcare Professional for further evaluation and guidance.

We would like to thank you for being an ezra member, and for getting your ezra scan – a way to protect your long-term health by giving you a look inside your body and screening for early signs and symptoms of disease.  If you have anything we can help you with regarding your existing ezra scan, please contact your ezra guide.

In health,

Michael Chen, MD
Ezra Medical Director
