As always, your health remains our number one priority. In addition to adhering to and supporting COVID-19 public health policies, our protocols and imaging facilities have been upgraded to keep you safe and give you the best Ezra experience:
Your Ezra Guides remain available to you virtually for anything we can support you with. We have upgraded from phone-only visits to include video visit options when you discuss results with your Ezra Medical Provider.
All imaging facility staff have temperature checks twice every day. All members and patients have medical questionnaire screenings prior to arrival and temperature checks at the front door.
All imaging facility staff wear protective equipment including masks and gloves. We ask all members and patients to wear a mask (you will be provided one if you don’t have one) and to regularly clean your hands.
Waiting room chairs have been physically spaced apart to keep everyone safe.
Imaging equipment is thoroughly cleaned with anti-virus wipes after every use. All touchable physical surfaces, including pens, will also be cleaned with anti-virus wipes after each use. Cleaning staff during the day and overnight have upgraded cleaning solutions.
Ezra employees – including the co-founder/CEO Emi Gal and his wife – have personally received Ezra Scans with these enhanced COVID-19 protocols to make sure all standards are being upheld.
