List of helpful resources during COVID-19

These are different days for sure. Our lives have changed, affecting our emotional, spiritual, and physical health. Although it may not be easy to see through the lens of the pandemic, this is an opportunity to emerge healthier, stronger and happier.

We can stretch our minds, be creative with nutrition, and have fun. We can find new ways to exercise, be mindful, and manage stress. We can turn outwards to help our community. All are essential to being and staying healthy. We’d love to share with you resources that have sparked joy in us, and we hope they do the same for you.
