Our mission

Ezra’s mission is to detect cancer early for everyone. We are doing this by providing a look inside your body utilizing state-of-the-art imaging technology such as full-body MRI scans, low-dose CT scans, and advanced machine learning techniques.

Your mission

You will install, maintain, and perform quality checks for our MRI-based full-body and CT protocols at our partner imaging facilities. You will also train the MRI and CT technologists at our partner facilities to ensure they perform our protocols correctly and provide an exceptional patient experience. You are an experienced licensed MRI specialist who deeply cares about helping people detect cancer early. You are willing to travel to our partner imaging facilities to ensure our protocols are run according to Ezra’s quality standards.

As our MRI Specialist, you will:

Ensures Quality, including Protocol Compliance and Technical Adequacy, of Image Data by:

  1. Reviewing and analyzing image data for clarity and quality
  2. Verifying image data is in compliance with project protocol requirements
  3. Curating datasets to provide verification and validation of projects
  4. Generating image queries when needed
  5. Working with the team to notify partnered sites for proper resolution of quality issues
  6. Assisting in archiving data for completed projects
  7. Reviewing and preparing images for submission to client and/or agency

Onboard new imaging facilities while adhering to SOPs:

  1. Contribute and adhere to SOPs when onboarding new imaging sites 
  2. Providing support for technical imaging-related issues
  3. Performing study initiation/technical visits to educate site personnel on image acquisition protocol, data archival, and data transmittal procedures including form(s) completion
  4. Assisting in the design and implementation of study-related forms
  5. Assisting in writing and reviewing imaging guidelines/manuals

Maintains Quality Service and Departmental Standards by:

  1. Reading, understanding, and adhering to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  2. Assisting in establishing and enforcing departmental standards
  3. Participating in the modification of company SOPs 

Contributes to team effort by:

  1. Exploring new opportunities to add value to organization and departmental processes
  2. Helping others to achieve results
  3. Participating in the recruiting and interviewing process for new employees
  4. Training new employees
  5. Be able to evaluate implants for MRI safety. This includes properly noting and collecting all necessary documents. 
  6. Performing other duties as assigned

Maintains Technical Knowledge by:

  1. Maintaining current board certification and obtaining related continuing education credits (CEUs)
  2. Attending and participating in applicable company-sponsored training

Qualifications:


Education:

  1. Current Board Certification in respective modality
  2. ARRT (CT) and ARRT (MR)/ ARMRIT certification 

Experience:

  1. 3+ years as an MRI technologist in an imaging center 
  2. Preferred CT experience 2+ years
  3. Experience with 2+ MRI manufacturers (Siemens, GE, Cannon, Philips) preferred
  4. Experience working with Google applications: drive, documents, sheets
  5. Experience working with clinical trials preferred
