BAMF Health is located on the NW corner of Michigan St NW & Monroe Ave NW in the Doug Meijer Medical Innovation Building. Note: you will not see a sign for BAMF Health. All traffic must enter from Monroe Ave NW. Look for the “Grand Rapids Innovation Park” sign. Follow the service drive toward the large modern columns.

1. At the lobby

Please tell reception that you are here for an Ezra scan and have your government ID ready.

2. Get ready for your scan

Change into your complimentary Ezra PJs and follow technician instructions. You may be asked to remove any metal items for scan safety.

3. After your scan

Your results will arrive in 5-7 business days and will be available in your MyEzra account. Meet with an Ezra medical provider to review your results.
